It has been far too long since I last posted. We had a crazy second half of the year. We moved to a new house, got a kid started in kindergarten and have been managing house improvements, work and 5 kids (two of which are teens. It seems we are hitting that testing teen stage. Everything is an argument. If I tell my older son one more time ‘it’s not what you say but how you say it’ I might give myself a headache.

People joke when you have a kid that they should give you a manual at the hospital. I’m now seeing the truth of that statement. Teens are a whole different animal. I had the baby, toddler, kid thing down with no problems but these teens?! They are a different animal.

So what advice does everyone have on raising teens? Because we are ALL ears. 😊

In the meantime I’m enjoying the little people. They are still so sweet and loving. They want to snuggle. They generally listen well. And they don’t talk back with a sharp tone/attitude. These little three love trying new things and learning something everyday. They are my little superhero’s 😊
